Hello, Can anyone unravel the confusion that is CARB?

Have you begun registering vehicles entering into CA?

Have you opted to wait to register your vehicles until required testing? If so, have you been fined in state of CA for not registering? What was the fine/consequence?

I am seeing where the state of CA may place a 'hold' on your out of state registration for not registering in a timely manner.

Any insight is helpful/appreciated.
