Can we as a company create our own "Driver Daily Logs" or do we need to purchase via JJ Keller?

    you can create your own. But depending on your driver and fleet size (not to mention your other responsibilities) you might find it more efficient to purchase something "out of the box". Plus Keller ensures that their documents are compliant.
